Hello, I'm Georgina Georgou.

I was raised in a home that always encouraged to follow what I’m passionate about, in my case travel and a connecting with people which turned out to be through working in a luxury customer service environment. I’ve been fortunate to travel to over 15 countries and spent several wonderful years living in Melbourne, Australia. Today, I live in Singapore with my husband and son, continuing my journey both personally and professionally.
With over a decade of experience in luxury fashion, I’ve built a career centered on delivering exceptional client experiences and leading high-performing teams at some of the industry’s most respected brands. My path has taken me from iconic London retail spaces such as Selfridges and Matches, to store leadership roles in Melbourne, Australia.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across nearly every aspect of luxury retail from traditional clienteling and personal shopping to digital innovation, sales coaching, visual merchandising, and pop-up event planning.
Now, with global experience across retail management, customer experience, operations, and client loyalty, I support businesses whether launching or scaling to optimise operations, elevate customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth.

What motivates me?

It might sound unusual to some, but I genuinely believe that shopping especially in the luxury space should always be a joyful experience. Whether someone is purchasing a gift, preparing for a special event, or discovering a new brand, the journey from browsing to buying should feel personal, memorable, and enjoyable. I love helping individuals find the perfect piece, having meaningful conversations with clients from all walks of life building a connection, and watching them leave feeling seen, understood, and happy. Even better? When they return to share how special the purchase turned out to be.
